Days With 3ple J {Plot 13}

"Listen, I got to tell you something..."

Sunhee was completely blushed but curious at the same time.

"What?" she asked, again trying to hide her blushes.

"I guess it's obvious. I spent lots of time together with you, and I just wanna say that.." Jonghun was nervous whether he should continue his sentence or not.

"SUNHEE~!!"

Both Jonghun and Sunhee looked at the person who shouted. Sunhee then let go of Jonghun's hand and walked quickly to Seunghyun, leaving Jonghun welded at his place.

"It's Tory calling," said Seunghyun. Sunhee smiled and took the handphone from Seunghyun's hand. Jonghun was just scratching his head from afar.
Seunghyun then walked to Jonghun who was acting weird, and Sunhee was already excited alone talking to her beloved other oppa.

"Hey, you okay?" asked Seunghyun. Jonghun turned his head towards Seunghyun.

"Oh? Nah, I'm fine. It's just that..."

Seunghyun raised his eyebrow. Jonghun looked at Sunhee, making sure that she wasn't listening.

"Can you help me, Seunghyun?"

~~~~~
"Okay so Tory oppa needs decor for his party. He said he wants it to be held at our house, so I need suggestions. And for the dishes, I already told the chef and his assistants to go shop for the ingredients. Now we only have to create the decor. And by the way, why isn't Jonghun here anyway?"
Jong Hyun, Jo Kwon, Jaejin, and Chayoo all looked at each other. The stared a few times to decide who should answer Sunhee's question.
"Seunghyun oppa said he had work to do with Tory oppa. And where's Jonghun?" Sunhee asked once again.
"Ehem, he said he got college, so he apologized he can't help," finally Jong Hyun answered.
Sunhee made a pouted face and then continued to walk. The other four people walked behind her. Jong Hyun decided to catch up and walk beside Sunhee, while Jo Kwon was fooling around with the Jae-Yoo couple. Suddenly Sunhee stopped and looked at her friends.
"How about we split up? I mean, making teams to find the stuffs for Tory oppa's birthday," Sunhee suggested.
"I'll go with you," Jong Hyun quickly responded.
"I'm with Chayoo~!" said Jaejin, looking at Chayoo and smiling brightly. Sunhee just rolled her eyes.
"Fine. And you Kwonnie? Which group would you like to join?" asked Sunhee.
Jo Kwon was about to answer "Your group, Sunhee!" but Jong Hyun gave a meaningful stare to him, and Jo Kwon immediately understood what it meant.
"Oh I'll just fool around with Jae-Yoo again," he said.
Jaejin looked unhappy, but Chayoo was receiving Kwon heartwarmly, so he then could go along. The two groups then split up, and made an appointment to meet up again 3 hours from then, at Starbucks.
~~~~~

"Don't you think Tory oppa is already to old for balloons and party hats?" asked Sunhee.

Jong Hyun gave away a smile, "But it's his 19th birthday, right? This is his last birthday before he reaches the age 20, so i guess it's okay."

Sunhee nodded and smile, "By the way, you're the same age as my oppa, right? When is your birthday?"

"Ah, mine is past already, April 8th. Before we even met, hehe~" Jong Hyun made yet another smile that was so contagious, it made Sunhee smile too.

"Then we will hold a party for you next year! Just to show my gratitude to you, thanks for helping out today," said Sunhee.

Jong Hyun smiled even more, he put his hands into his pocket and raised both his shoulders, "No problem."

The two of them spent a fun time at the department store, from finding the decor stuffs, until trying some shoes for Tory. Sunhee felt really helped, since Jong Hyun gave lots of advice for the party, and was willing to try out the stuffs that Sunhee asked him to.

"Okay so we've got all the props for the party, and a present too. I wonder what the other team are doing.."

Sunhee walked a bit in front of Jong Hyun, and when she was talking to him, she didn't look to what is in front of her. And since the store was crowded, she tripped on a shoe box that was standing in her way.

"Sunhee, be careful!"

Jong Hyun quickly reach out for Sunhee and prevented her from falling. But, it didn't work, and they instead both fall. Sunhee ended up leaning down onto Jong Hyun's left arm, and with Jong Hyun leaning beside her, both on the ground. No one was paying attention.

"Ouch~" groaned Sunhee, after getting up and patting her own head.

"Are you okay?" asked Jong Hyun.

"I should have asked you that, are you okay? Is your arm fine?"

Jong Hyun lifted his arm and grinned a bit, "I'm okay."
At least that was what he thought. Jong Hyun grabbed their stuffs that were on the ground, and when he tried to lift the heavy bag, he groaned and dropped it.

"Gosh is your arm okay?" Sunhee touched Jong Hyun's arm. He kept grinning in pain.

"It seems like your arm is a bit twisted. Come on let's find a place to eat and I'll try to heal it."

~~~~~
Sunhee sat in front of Jong Hyun, and was massaging his arm, while waiting for their food to come. They decided to eat at the food court instead of a restaurant, because of their heavy belongings that would just troublesome. While Sunhee was massaging, at some times Jong Hyun moaned, and looked at her while she just concentrated on his arm.
"So, you really can do everything, huh?" asked Jong Hyun.
"What? This? I learned it from my granny, she told me these massages as well as traditional medicines.."
Jong Hyun made an "oh" face and nodded his head.
"By the way, Jong Hyun.."
"Yep?" Jong Hyun looked up at Sunhee.
"Sorry, I wasn't paying attention to which way I was walking, then I tripped over, you tired to help, but it injured you! Sorry.."
Sunhee made a pouting face that somehow made Jong Hyun think that it was so cute, then Jong Hyun just smirked.
"Aaaa it's okay. I'm feeling better actually, thanks to you too. Just be more careful next time, okay?"
Sunhee smiled and raised her thumb. "Oh, food is here!"
They both started to eat. Jong Hyun could use his hands normally. The two were unacceptably hungry, and ate so seriously. Sunhee even got some tartar sauce on her left cheek.
"Sunhee."
"Hm?" Sunhee responded, still chewing.
"You got a bit.." Jong Hyun touched his own cheek. Sunhee's brows wrinkled, signing she didn't understand what he meant. Then Jong Hyun reached for a tissue.
"Pardon me," he said, while gently wiping off the stain on Sunhee's cheek.
"Oh, you should have said.." Sunhee smiled and went back eating.
Hmmm.. somehow I feel lucky telling Sunhee that Jonghun is off to college when he is actually not studying..
I just hope time will move slower right now.
~~~~~

It was getting dark that day, the two teams reunited at Starbucks. They had a quick coffee time, and a chit chat about what they bought during their separation. After that, they decided to go home. Jaejin was going to take Chayoo home, so he asked Jo Kwon and Jong Hyun to take Sunhee home.

Jong Hyun and Kwon acted like brothers who haven't met for years. Kwon started to tell a story about strange people he met when he was shopping with Jae-Yoo. Jong Hyun listened seriously, and burst out laughing when it came to the climax. Sunhee just smiled while following the two guys behind.

They walked down the city streets of Seoul, reaching the bus stop which was a few blocks away. And when they passed a jewelry shop, someone caught Sunhee's eye, and it made her stop for a second.

"Is that.." Sunhee squinted her eyes in order to convince herself on who is the guy at that jewelry shop.

Jong Hyun realized that Sunhee was missing. He stopped and looked behind, then he ran back to Sunhee's place and grabbed her hand.

"Sunhee, come on let's go home! We gotta prepare for the party tonight. Oh and you should phone your oppa to make sure he doesn't come home before we finish decorating your house!"

Sunhee kept silent being dragged away from the jewelry shop. The guy inside then went out holding a box, and peeking inside it. He looked at Sunhee who was heading home with Kwon and Jong Hyun beside her, then he walked away.

~~~~~
That night, the Songs mansion was crowded. Well, not that crowded, but it was filled with maids, chefs, and Sunhee's friends walking around.
Sunhee went back and forth wrapping up presents and gifts for her beloved Tory oppa. Jong Hyun and Jo Kwon couldn't stop fooling around playing with their helium voices as they pin up some balloons at the main room. Jaejin and Chayoo were checking the foods at the kitchen. Daehee and Nichkhun were present too, helping with the other decors, and the dining room. While Mr. and Mrs. Song were at their room, picking their best clothes to dress up.
"Okay the presents are done!" shouted Sunhee.
"Ehm~ the balloons are all pinned up!" yelled Jo Kwon in a helium voice, which made the whole room laugh, including the maids.
"The foods are extremely delicious!" said Jaejin.
"You ate them already?" asked Sunhee.
"Unnie, the chef asked us to try it a bit, so we did. Kekeke~" Chayoo stood up for Jaejin.
"All other decors are finished, Sunsun!" said Daehee, and with Nichkhun raising his thumbs beside her.
"Thank you for all your participation, I'm sure Tory would be delighted to see this. Now, you may all dress up for the party. We have prepared two rooms for you all, one room for the girls, and a room for the boys. Oh.. and girls.." Mrs. Song hung up her speech.
"Yes, Auntie?" asked Daehee and Chayoo together.
"Would you mind help applying make up on Sunhee? She just couldn't dress well."
"UMMA~!" yelled Sunhee, a bit whining.
The other guys laughed, and the girls answered, "Definitely, Auntie."
Sunhee then led her friends to the rooms that her mom mentioned. Then Daehee and Chayoo followed her inside her room.
"Wow, your room is huge.." said Daehee, traveling her eyes around the room.
"Unnie, why is all your stuff covered in pink??" asked Chayoo curiously.
Sunhee suddenly went embarrassed. "Mom told me to be a girl. And pink is.. one of the solutions, I guess."
Daehee and Chayoo both looked at each other, and chuckled.
"Never mind. Now girls, would you help me find a dress that suits me?" asked Sunhee.
Daehee looked inside Sunhee's walking closet, and quickly came out carrying a dress.
"OMG Sunhee this dress is so cute, don't tell me you haven't worn it ever?" she asked.
"Oh, haven't seen that dress before.." said Sunhee easily.
"Ppali! Let's dress unnie in that outfit, Daedae unnie!" said Chayoo.
Daehee dragged Sunhee to her make up desk, and started giving Sunhee a make over.
~~~~~

An hour went by, Tory was about to arrive at home. All the guests were ready downstairs, but Sunhee was still in her room. Not because she wasn't done dressing up, but she was too afraid to go out.

"Sunhee come on! The guests are coming and we must start the party now!" yelled Daehee while knocking the room from outside.

"Yeah unnie, I guess we're all waiting for you to come out, then we will start the party, Tory oppa will arrive in no minute!" said Chayoo.

"Okay okay.." Sunhee slowly opened the door, "You sure I don't look ridiculous?"

"You look splendid, unnie," said Chayoo, giving her best smile.

"Gorgeous, now let's go downstairs," said Daehee leading the way. Chayoo followed behind, and Sunhee was last. The three girls walked down the stairs and the mansion transformed into a fashion runway.

Daehee's dress was a black strapless tafetta long dress, her tall and slim body fits well in the dress.

Chayoo wore a crystal white satin chiffon full length, giving her a feminine look, different from her looks when she was working at the noodle cafe.

Nichkhun and Jaejin looked at each other and smiled, both adoring their girlfriends. When Daehee and Chayoo reached their guys, they called out Sunhee to come down.

Just when Sunhee was walking down the stairs, Jonghun arrived, and mingled inside the crowd who were all looking at the stairs. Jonghun's heart skipped a few beats, looking at the beautiful figure in front of him.

Sunhee walked down slowly in her red strapless satin bubble dress. She wasn't as tall as Chayoo or Daehee, which made the dress suits her even more. Her hair was tied up in a cute and tidy bun, with her front bangs being shiny. Her make up wasn't glamorous, but was soft and pretty. Daehee sure knows how to give a girl any make up.

The crowd automatically gave an applause, as the Song's daughter arrived and joined them. Sunhee gave her best smile and thanked everyone who had come. Her eyes stopped when she saw Jonghun. Jonghun was looking great also, with his all black suit and a cute slim red tie, his outfits accidentally matches Sunhee's.

"Hey," said Jonghun, walking towards Sunhee.

"I thought you weren't coming!" she said.

When Jonghun reached her, he was out of words.

"You.. look.. awesome," he said. Sunhee smirked.

"You're cool too! ^^"

"By the way, sorry I didn't help shopping, decorating, and all stuffs," Jonghun sounded guilty.

"It's okay. Jong Hyun said you had college, so it's fine.."

Suddenly a maid said that Tory was arriving. All people went back to their place. Sunhee walked forward with Seunghyun and her parents. When they reached the door, they told other to put out the lights. The room went black all of a sudden.

Then, slowly, the door was opened. Tory came in and was confused to see the dark house. "Yo.. yoboseyo?" he asked, a bit afraid.

"One, two, three.." whispered Sunhee.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TORY~~~~!" shouted everyone, the lights went on and a sound of popping crackers were everywhere. Tory was extremely surprised as he jumped a step behind when the crowd shouted. Every single people in the room clapped for were cheering for him.

"Happy birthday, Son!" said both Mr. and Mrs. Song, hugging their beloved child who is growing up already.

"Hey, bro~ saengil chukhae! I'm glad to find you.." said Seunghyun, suddenly felt teary and gave Tory a warm hug as well.

"Thanks Mom, Dad, Suyu.. and where is my little princess?" asked Tory.

"I'm here!" said Sunhee, trying to walk out from the crowd. She smiled sweetly and stretched out her arms, "Happy birthday oppa! I love you!"

Tory smiled so cute and hugged Sunhee so strong, he even spinned her around like what he always does.

"Anyone, fancy for a birthday cake?" asked Sunhee to everyone.

~~~~~
The party went successful and fun. But it was getting late too, time moved so fast. Guests were heading home one by one. Until there was Jong Hyun, Jo Kwon, Nichkhun, Jaejin, Daehee and Chayoo left. Also two other girls that Sunhee didn't recognize.
"Princess, come over here," called Tory. Sunhee walked over to the sofa where all her friends were gathering.
"This is Nana. I should have introduced you from a long time ago. She is my partner at work, and also my.. ehm.. yeojachingu," said Tory, shyly.
Sunhee looked at the pretty girl beside Tory. Nana was tall, cute, and had straight blond hair. Over all, she looked like a model. Sunhee smiled so wide and greeted Nana.
"Nice to meet you.." said Sunhee, bowing, and Nana returned it so gently.
"Oppa finally you introduced someone to me, I thought you were not normal," said Sunhee, followed by the crowd's laughter.
"Sunsun, this is another person that we want to introduce you too. This is Ju Yeon, our relationship is just like Nana and Tory's."
Sunhee bowed once again, "Ah, I see, work partner and love partner too?"
Seunghyun smiled, "You got that."
Suddenly Sunhee felt teary. She looked up to hold in her tears and then requested permission to go out to the balcony. The others continued to chat.
~~~~~

"Aigoo~ why am I crying anyway.. my make up would fade.." said Sunhee in a husky voice.

"Don't let it fade," said a voice. Sunhee startled and turned around.

"Ah.. it's you," said Sunhee.

Jonghun smiled and walked towards Sunhee, he gently wipe off her tears with his handkerchief.

"Why are you crying?" he asked.

Sunhee took a deep breath, "I think it's because both my oppas have found their partners. Now I feel lonely."

"It's not that they're going to leave you alone, right?" Jonghun stood beside Sunhee, enjoying the night's breeze.

"But from now on, since I know they have Nana and Ju Yeon, I shouldn't stick around too much with them. They should hang out more with their girls you know, it's a couple thing," said Sunhee, returning the handkerchief to Jonghun.

Jonghun received it, and took a deep breath too. "Why don't you find a partner as well? Maybe in that way you won't feel lonely."

Sunhee looked at Jonghun, "Yeah right, like who would be my partner..?"

Jonghun smiled and reached out for something in his pocket. He pulled out a small box, and opened it. He then took out the necklace and showed it to Sunhee.

"This is for you," he said.

Sunhee tilted her head 30 degrees to the left. "What's 'Johee'?" she asked, looking at the letters that the necklace had.

Jonghun slowly touched both Sunhee's shoulders, and made her turn around. Because her hair was tied up in a bun, Jonghun didn't find any trouble putting on the necklace. Then he asked Sunhee to turn around back to him again.

"Oh it's for me? Thanks but.. you haven't answered what Johee is.." said Sunhee.

Jonghun smiled. He hunched a bit until he was as tall as Sunhee, gently gripped Sunhee's chin, and bring his face towards Sunhee's. Sunhee was nervous, and just closed her eyes. Then she felt something warm touching her lips, for a second she felt calm. Jonghun softly break the kiss, and stood straight back up.

"I guess that explains everything. Johee is Jonghun and Sunhee," he said.

To be continued...
